Our hero, Emad called within 30 minutes of receiving the warranty company assignment, showed up 30 minutes later and had diagnosed and fixed the AC in less than 15 minutes! He made sure to look for and fix a leak I actually had instead of just doing a quick fix of giving me more freon. Also response and scheduling was in a timely manner.
